Letter from our founders
Let us start by introducing ourselves: We are Oana and Iulia, and the most important thing about us is that we believe in a world where HR stands for Human Reality.
The context of our day-to-day realities has changed a lot in the last year. The world needed to find new ways of working, to change routines, to embrace flexibility. We all needed to become new and improved versions of ourselves, and we needed to adapt fast!
Distances are now measured in calls scheduled by time zones. Remote work is the new standard. Office space is not a must, but a good and stable internet connection at home is. Paying the internet or electric bills of the employees are now important benefits that companies offer. Sounds familiar? These are only the top of the iceberg, if we think of all the changes last year has brought.
We are two experts in Human Reality, with a combined experience of about 30 years and we work alongside with an extended team of specialists from the HR industry… and we still experienced how difficult it was to adapt. So we figured, why not help others adapt to their new Human Reality too?
